Q:  My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What’s wrong?
A:  To participate, you must be a member of the Pennsylvania Lottery’s VIP Players Club. Registration is free at the following link:

When selecting a password, make sure your password consists of five to 12 letters/numbers with no spaces and no symbols (for example, “vip2009”).

Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure you enter your password just as you did when registering for the VIP Players Club.

Q:  I forgot my password. What should I do?
A:  You can request a new, temporary password to be sent to the e-mail address you provided when registering for the VIP Players Club. Go to the VIP Players Club login page:

From the login page, click on “Forgot my password.” Enter your e-mail address and the security code provided in the shaded box. Keep in mind that the security code is case-sensitive. Then click “Submit Your Information.” You will receive an e-mail with your new, temporary password, which is case-sensitive. If you have difficulties with the temporary password, try copying and pasting from your e-mail into the password box on the login page.

To make sure you receive the e-mail, add to your address book or safe senders list to ensure our messages are delivered directly to your inbox.

Q:  What should I do if I encounter a problem at the second-chance drawing website?
A:  Click on “Feedback” at the top of the page to submit your question or problem. We will assist you via return e-mail. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.
